We offer 2 core services, personal training and online coaching.
Inclusions of Personal Training & 1-2-1 Coaching:
> Initial consultation to understand what your goals and aims are, why you want to work towards them and ideal time frame on achieving those goals.
> Personal handbook based on your goals including a training plan and personal nutritional advice (energy requirements and protein intake).
> Personal training plan of workouts for you to complete on your own (both sessions for in the gym, as well as home workouts if applicable)
Our Sessions Together
> Review of your current strengths and weaknesses/imbalances on the first session
> Pre-programmed training sessions where you will be coached on movement patterns, correct form and how to ensure you achieve optimal results
> Monthly strength tests to demonstrate your progress and used to adapt your programmes
> Motivation, support and full commitment to helping you achieve your goals
Coaching & Support
> Access to the "Fisher Fitness Whatsapp Support Group" to share ideas, thoughts and support with other likeminded individuals on their fitness journey with Fisher Fitness. Regular updates in the group from Richy Fisher.
> Full access to the "Fisher Fitness Client Portal" which includes recipe e-books, useful videos, e-books, ad-hoc workouts and much more.
> On-going nutritional support
> Direct contact with Richy Fisher for support when you need it. From small questions to practical support, Rich provides continued support and coaching throughout your journey.
Training sessions currently take place at Pheonix Gym, Norwich. A friendly, well-equipped gym with free parking in Norwich City Centre.
